Rising from software engineer to senior leadership roles, I have extensive experience in product development and operations in high-growth technology companies. I have been a technologist for three decades now and have built & led high performing teams all along. I am known for being clear headed, authentic,  result oriented, empathetic and a natural coach. My learning mindset keeps me humble. 
I understand the challenges of workplace dynamics, career progression, management complexities, day-to-day execution pace, and on top of it, a desire to integrate work and life priorities. Striving for excellence seems like a non-feasible goal. I have been there myself! 
I have learnt that there is no predefined formula to success. To overcome these challenges effectively, you need a personalized, contextual and innovative roadmap combined with an outside-in view. And, that’s where Nabler comes in.
